What can i do with an email form script?

Email/Contact form allows you to gather feedback from your visitors. You can install this script on your website or webpage to communicate and gather feedback from your users. The script is free of use and comes with install instructions. Download script with source code.

Requirements

1. Must have PHP web hosting
2. Knowloedge of FTP and file uploading
3. Some knoweledge of HTML and PHP (for modifying and intalling the script)

- Don't have a FTP client? Try filezilla (it's free).

Install Instructions

1. First, download the email form script.
2. Unzip the email_form.zip file.
3. The script comes with 3 core files email_form.html, email_form_process.php and prototype AJAX lib.
4. Extract all files.
5. Important: Modify line 19 (enter your email address), 20 (your email subject line), line 23 (number of minimum characters allowed in message) and 26 (number of maximum characters allowed in message) in php_form_process.php.
6. Upload files to your web host (use filezilla).
7. Visit www.yourdomain.com/email_form.html to see the form on your website.
